Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 13 June 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") sets the rules for using Irradiation AI, operated by TITAN PRIME CORP ("we," "us," or "our"). It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service, and it applies to everyone who uses the Services and to everything done through them — your account, your inputs and generated content, your AI agents, the apps, sites, and stores you build, host, or publish, your Marketplace listings, and the actions of your end customers.
Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms. If you violate this AUP, we may act under the "Enforcement" section below.
1. Your responsibility
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for ensuring that you, your AI agents, your apps, and your end customers comply with this AUP and all applicable laws. You must have all rights necessary for the content you submit, generate, publish, or sell, and you must not use the Services in any way that could expose us or others to legal liability or harm.
2. Prohibited content
You may not use the Services — including to generate, upload, host, publish, advertise, sell, or distribute through any app, store, Marketplace listing, or AI agent — for content that:
- is illegal in any jurisdiction where you, your apps, or your end customers operate, or that promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
- sexually exploits or endangers minors — child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualization of minors is absolutely prohibited with zero tolerance, will be removed immediately, and will be reported to the authorities (including NCMEC) as required by law;
- is non-consensual intimate imagery, or uses a person's likeness or voice to deceive, defraud, harass, or impersonate;
- is pornographic, sexually explicit, or "adult" content, products, or services, including prostitution or escort services;
- offers illegal drugs or controlled substances, their precursors, paraphernalia, or prescription medication without lawful authorization;
- offers weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives, or their components, blueprints, or conversion devices;
- offers age- or license-restricted goods (alcohol, tobacco, vaping, cannabis/CBD, gambling, lotteries, betting) without holding every required license and complying with all applicable law;
- is stolen, counterfeit, or infringing — including goods or content that infringe intellectual-property, publicity, or other rights, and protected or endangered species;
- is fraudulent or deceptive — scams, "get-rich-quick" or Ponzi/pyramid/MLM schemes, phishing, fake documents or identities, counterfeit currency, money laundering, or sanctions/export-control evasion;
- offers unlicensed regulated services — money transmission, lending, securities, insurance, crypto-asset or investment services, or the unlicensed practice of a regulated profession; or healthcare/medical services, which are not permitted on the Services at this time (see the Terms);
- promotes or facilitates violence, terrorism, human trafficking, self-harm, hate, or unlawful discrimination, or provides instructions for serious harm; or
- is malware or a security threat — viruses, ransomware, spyware, or hacking tools.
Planned for future dedicated programs. Adult content, real-money gambling, firearms, and regulated financial-trading/investment services (such as brokerage, crypto-asset exchange, and copy-trading) are not yet available but are planned as separate, dedicated programs, each with its own infrastructure, payment processing, verification, and record-keeping; unless and until we enable such a program for you in writing, they remain prohibited. Clinical and telehealth healthcare is likewise not yet available. Content that sexualizes minors or is non-consensual is never permitted, under any program.
3. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits, Credits, rate limits, paywalls, security, or access controls, or create multiple accounts to evade limits, bans, or anti-abuse measures;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of, or breach or attempt to breach, the Services, accounts, systems, or networks, or access data not intended for you;
- interfere with or disrupt the Services, including by overloading, flooding, or sending automated traffic beyond permitted limits;
- scrape, harvest, crawl, or collect data from the Services except as expressly permitted, or collect or misuse other people's personal information;
- send spam, bulk or unsolicited messaging, or deceptive communications;
- resell, sublicense, rent, or provide the Services to third parties except as expressly permitted, or use the Services to build a competing product or to train a competing AI model;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate any person or entity; or
- use the Services in any way that creates undue risk to us, our users, or third parties, or that could cause us to violate the terms of a third-party provider.
4. AI-specific rules
When using our AI features and agents, you must not:
- generate content that violates Section 2, or use AI to facilitate fraud, scams, harassment, or impersonation;
- create deepfakes or synthetic media of real people to deceive, defraud, harm, or without a lawful basis;
- remove, alter, or hide provenance signals, watermarks, or AI-content labels where doing so would be deceptive or unlawful, or present AI output as human-created where that is deceptive or unlawful;
- use AI agents to take actions that would violate this AUP, the Terms, or any third-party provider's rules; or
- use outputs to train, fine-tune, or build a competing model or service.
You remain responsible for reviewing and verifying AI output before you use, publish, or rely on it.
5. Apps, sites, and stores you publish
When you build, host, or publish anything to the public internet through the Services, you are the publisher and are solely responsible for it. You must not operate phishing, malware, scam, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful sites or stores, and you must comply with all laws that apply to your app and your end customers (consumer-protection, advertising, product-safety, tax, privacy, and others), provide your own legally adequate terms and privacy notice to your end customers, and obtain any required licenses and consents.
6. Marketplace
If you sell or list on the Marketplace, you must own or have all rights necessary to offer and license your assets, and your assets must not infringe any right, contain malicious code, or violate this AUP. We may review, reject, remove, or suspend any listing at our discretion.
7. Enforcement
We may monitor for, but are not obligated to monitor for, or pre-screen, violations. We do not guarantee that we will detect, review, or act on any particular content, report, or violation, or that we will do so within any timeframe.
Where we believe in our reasonable discretion that this AUP has been violated — or to protect the Services, our users, third parties, or ourselves, or to comply with law — we may, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, and without liability, take any action we consider appropriate, including: removing or disabling content; revoking, throttling, or limiting features or Credits; rejecting, removing, or suspending apps, sites, stores, or listings; and suspending or terminating accounts. We act proportionately where reasonable, and we may reserve full account or site termination for serious, repeated, or egregious violations.
We may preserve and disclose information and report violations to law enforcement or other authorities where we believe it is appropriate or required, and we cooperate with lawful requests. Nothing in this Policy limits any other right or remedy available to us under the Terms or applicable law.
8. Reporting abuse
To report content or conduct you believe violates this AUP, email abuse@irradiation.ai with a description of the issue, the location (URL) of the content, and your contact information. For copyright complaints, use our Copyright & DMCA Policy. For trademark or other intellectual-property complaints, email legal@irradiation.ai.
We review reports at our discretion and may act, decline to act, or request more information. Reporting does not guarantee any specific outcome or response time. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
9. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated AUP.
